Although not strictly a comic book film, Horns is based on Joe Hill's work of the same name and tonally this is the best place for it to be on this site. Personally I have to say I think its a completely underrated gem, it isn't perfect, it has one or two very minor problems but I really like it.
The set up is that Iggy played by Daniel Radcliffe has been accused of murdering his girlfriend, when he wakes up one morning after a bender to find he has grown a pair of horns, and not only that, but they appear to have given him the power to hear people's darkest desires and to influence their choice to act on them.
I don't know why it isn't a cult classic, its only dragged down a little by a few effects and costume design choices by the end of the film, other than that its a very strong fantasy revenge movie.
