Bram Stoker's Dracula

The best Dracula film ever made.

Funny Games (2007)

You may think that's a high ranking for a home invasion movie,
but the remake of Funny Games is a brilliantly crafted, sadistically funny and shocking satire of the home invasion sub-genre.

Talk To Me

One of the best horrors of the year

Daybreakers

A great vampire/sci-fi movie about what happens when the undead rule the world and their food supply has run out.

Blade

Remember when Black Panther came out and everyone forgot that this was the first Black superhero movie. It's a great superhero movie and a great horror film.

Birth/Rebirth

Very underrated tale of resurrection, very reminiscent of Mary Shelly's Frankenstein

Sound Of My Voice

Really underrated cult film, highly recommend

Bodies, Bodies, Bodies

Really enjoyable murder-mystery satire

Ouija : Origin Of Evil

Only Mike Flanagan could make a good sequel to a terrible movie. Everything he touches turns to gold

Brothers' Nest

A black comedy about two brothers who plot to kill their stepfather,
really enjoyed it, super underrated

Extracurricular

Underrated hidden gem, you can tell the pitch for this movie was basically "Imagine if in Scream you followed Billy and Stu for the whole movie" it's essentially that mixed with a lot of "The Strangers" it's a good time.

Stake Land

A really underrated vampire apocalypse movie that has shades of The Last Of Us to it.

The Strangers

A straight forward back to basics home invasion horror

The Autopsy Of Jane Doe

A very underrated hidden gem, a mortician and his son begin to unravel a mystery surrounding the body of a deceased woman who they're performing an autopsy on.

Red State

Kevin Smith's unpredictable exploitation film based on the Westboro Baptist Church

Joker

This film gets compared to Taxi Driver way too much, it's in my opinion a perfect telling of the origin story shown in the Killing Joke, sure its not 100 percent accurate, but its a phenomenal film. I'll be releasing my full review later in the year as its part of my coursework for university.
